  • What material is Aadiya Jewels made of?

We only use precious metals like 925 Sterling Silver and 14k & 18k Gold.  Our core metals are enhanced by beautifully interlaced natural gemstones in our jewellery.

 

  • Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate?

As the gemstones are natural, the color and size of the stones may vary from product to product. This is simply due to the natural variations in the gemstones themselves, and it makes each piece of our jewellery unique and adds to the beauty and charm.

 

  • If I add something to my cart, is it reserved?

No, your order is confirmed once you complete the checkout with us.

 

  • What methods of payments does Aadiya Jewels accept? And is it safe to pay online on your website?

We Accept most cards like Visa, Master, AMEX, Apple pay. Further we have Cash on Delivery (COD, to be made available soon).

 

Your details are completely safe with us. We do not save any card details and all the payment procedures are absolutely secure.

 

  • Are there any shipping charges and how much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

We provide free shipping on all our orders across India.

 

The duties and taxes (if shipped outside India) shall depend on the destination country and the amount of your shipment.

 

  • How long does Aadiya take to ship an order and where do I get notified?

Most of our pieces are ready to ship and get dispatched in 48 to 72 hours. For pieces where there is customisation, personalisation or our Made to Order. We require 7 to 10 days to finely handcraft your order.

 

Once shipped, you will be receiving an email or SMS from our end to be notified on time.

 

  • What is the warranty on products purchased from Aadiya?

We promise a lifetime warranty for our products. However, owing to extensive wear and tear your jewellery may need retouching with extra charges as applicable.

 

  • How do I clean and store my Aadiya jewellery?

We suggest you store your jewellery in the pouch provided in the packaging.

  • Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we do! We ship to all the countries in the world.

 

  •  How much is the shipping charge?

It varies from country to country. Please add your favourite jewellery to the cart page to see applicable shipping charges

 

  • Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped out of India we can't cancel your order. For any queries please contact us on info@aadiyajewels.com

 

  • Once I’ve placed my order, how do I track?

The moment your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking link with you. Incase of any queries before dispatch, please write to us at info@aadiyajewels.com

 

  • How do I pay the excess amount if the exchange order is of a higher value?

It can be done using a manual payment link, which will be shared via SMS / email.

 

  • How will I get a refund for the difference in amounts?

The balance amount will be refunded to the same account from where the payment had been made. In the case of COD, the difference will be transferred to the bank details shared by you with our customer representative. Bank Details will have to be sent from the registered email address or mobile number only.

 

  • In which mode will I get my refund?

It’ll take around 7 to 10 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

 

  • Do I need to set-up an account to place an order?

You can purchase without setting up an account. But it’s preferred to set up your account as we offer special services to customers who have set up their accounts.

 

  • I received a defective/damaged/wrong item. How should I proceed?

Every product goes through a quality check before being delivered to you. If there’s still something wrong with the product. Please click pictures and shoot a video of the products and you can contact us at info@aadiyajewels.com

Our craftsmanship is above the current industry standards, but if something does happen, don’t worry! Once your jewelry is registered on our website, it is covered by our lifetime warranty, which allows access to our “Repair & Restore” services.  We extend these in an effort to extend the life of your jewelry.
